This lesson is about getting beyond code, and the good news is that most of what we have shown so far easily translates to other fields — UI/UX, marketing, customer support, business decisions, and more.
- Events: we need to show that an event may arrive not only from a system, but also from messages, emails, meetings, calls, social media, and various actions taken by a human or other agents.
- Pipelines: automations quickly get complicated because they depend on one another. We need to show that even though we have AI now, the entire system must remain straightforward and flexible.
- Delivery: it is easy to think that most input for automation has to come from a human.
